Team photo treatments
The same photograph, four ways. Pick one and it becomes the pattern for all seven.

Framed photograph, as the site does it today
The full frame in a rounded box with a border. The white studio background stays, so the photo reads as a rectangle sitting on the page.

Cut out, standing on the page
Background removed, no frame. The group stands directly on the section colour with a soft shadow beneath. The same file can sit on any section tint, which is how one photograph stops looking like one photograph.

Cut out, inside a card
The same cutout, but kept inside a rounded card whose background is a soft brand wash. Tidier than 02 and closer to the rest of the site's card rhythm.

Cut out on the dark band
Included so you can see the problem rather than take my word for it: the white folding chairs were invisible against a white background and become the loudest thing in the frame here.

To show the pattern holds on a different shot with a different number of people.
